Quilting Class Travel Bag

Early on in my career I created this quilting class tote bag - sufficient to carry my rulers, portable cutting mats and my traveling pressing mat. I love how this turned out. I used a few Delectable Mountains blocks with some really cool ancient Egyptian fabric. Just to try out some of my embroidery stitches on my old Bernina, I top stitched a to-scale image of the Pyramids of Giza. One of my favorite fabric projects.
